The MentorKonnect Mentorship Programme is a partnership between KCDF and Asian Foundation that aims to connect university students, fresh graduates and young professionals with esteemed industry professionals. The primary objective of this programme is to facilitate growth and empower mentees to become future leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals. The programme offers several benefits, the most notable being that students are eligible for internship opportunities upon completing six months of active mentorship.
The programme is conducted primarily online via a platform known as MentorCloud. The platform employs the use of AI technology to suggest matches based solely on the information shared by the mentors and mentees. The platform offers a wide range of engagement opportunities, including one-on-one mentorship, group sessions, and interactive events that foster collaboration and networking. With a focus on leadership, personal development, and career advancement, Mentor Konnect ensures that mentees receive tailored support to navigate their educational and professional journeys.
Through this programme, young people are equipped with the necessary skills it takes to kickstart their professional journeys. The mentees are also provided with tools, networks and knowledge that enhance their skills beyond the mentoring relationship. Both mentors looking to inspire and mentees seeking a guide can be brought together via this programme to bring about positive change and success to future generations.
