KCDF, in partnership with Lightup Impact and the Femi Foundation, is hosting a Human Resource Management Training for civil society organisations in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda from January 22nd to 27th, 2025.
The training will focus on enhancing Human Resource and administrative skills, covering topics such as improving efficiency, skills selection, performance management, leadership development, employee retention, Human Resource policies, and strategic planning.
