Why Food Security?

The right to food is a basic and fundamental human right enshrined in our constitution. Kenya has however, experienced a backlash due to recent and now more frequent drought cycles that devastate communities and sometimes result in loss of community assets and wealth. Each cycle has contributed to increased levels of poverty and vulnerability.
