KCDF has entered into a partnership with Hotpoint Appliances Limited. The partnership valued at Kshs. 2 Million will enable KCDF to provide at least 10 children (five boys and five girls) in high school with education scholarships for a period four years.
“We are very excited to partner with KCDF in this initiative. We hope to see more disadvantaged children access quality education and reach their full potential. This partnership will also go beyond providing fees; we hope to provide mentorship to the identified children through our highly skilled staff for the beneficiaries become responsible citizens and have a give back ethos. Said Hotpoint Appliances Ltd.’s Managing Director, Mr. Shailesh Kanani during the cheque hand-over ceremony.

Hotpoint Appliances is one among a number of Kenyan private sector companies who have shown leadership in investing in local causes and particularly in supporting education of children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
